Angela's Venison Chili
Ingredients:
1-1 1/2 lbs ground venison - browned
1/2 medium onion- chopped & sauteed
1/3 cup chili powder
1 tsp cocoa
2 cans Rotel Tomatoes (Original)
4 - 16 oz cans dark red kidney beans
Preparation:
Mix the browned ground venison and sauteed onions together in crockpot. Combine the chili powder and cocoa then stir it in the ground venison and onion mixture. Add the Rotel Tomatoes and red kidney beans and mix well. Cook on high for 3-4 hrs.
