Tomato Soup Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup shortening

1 cup tomato soup

2 cups flour

1 scant teaspoon cloves

1 teaspoon nutmeg

2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions:

Cream the sugar and the shortening. Add the tomato soup and stir. Soft the dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients and stir.

Place mixture into a greased cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
