Tiny Holiday Wreath Cookies
Ingredients:
30 marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 cups cornflakes
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
2 teaspoons green food coloring
small red candies for decorating
Instructions:
Combine marshmallows, butter, vanilla, and food coloring in top of double boiler. Heat over water until marshmallows and butter are melted. Stir frequently.
Gradually stir in cornflakes. Take flour and roll all over your hands and shape cornflake mixture into tiny wreaths about 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter. Decorate with small red candies. Makes 33 2" wreaths or one large one.
