Tilapia with Ginger and Scallions

Feed your family heart-healthy meals, like this fresh and delicious Asian-style tilapia dish with garlic and ginger. If you've never tried tilapia, it's similar to monkfish... mild-tasting and easily adaptable to different spice combinations.

1. Sautee in a large frying pan on low heat:

4 fresh tilapia filets
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 chunk of ginger, sliced into matchsticks

2. After about 3 or 4 minutes, gently flip each fish filet and cook on the other side for 3-4 minutes

3. Add to the pan:

The juice of one lime
3 scallions, finely minced
A few sprigs of cilantro, chopped

Serves: 2-4.
