Tangy Ketchup Meatloaf

Having Mom and Dad over for Sunday Dinner? Make it meatloaf, with a side of crispy oven-baked potatoes. So good, it's wise to cook extra if you're thinking about meatloaf sandwiches for lunch tomorrow. Meatloaf: the perfect no-fuss meal that will ooh and ahhh your guests... even Mom. ;)


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine in a large bowl and mix together with your hands:

2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
One cup rolled oats
One cup of ketchup
One large onion
Dash salt
Dash pepper

3. Form your meat mixture into one large loaf and place in a baking pan.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours until meat is thoroughly cooked.

Serves: 4.
