Simply Made Salmon

Two 6-oz. pieces of salmon, cut from the center of the fish, for even cooking
Salt and pepper to taste
Drizzle of olive oil

Heat broiler to 350 degrees. Wipe the bottom of your pan with a tiny amount of oil. Set salmon on the pan, skin side down, and drizzle a little more oil on top. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Test with a fork for doneness. Serve plain or with a favorite fish topping.
