The hardest part is the salsa... which isn't very hard at all! The rest? Just cook a nice thick salmon steak to your liking. Dinner is served.
Two large (or 4 small) vine-ripened tomatoes (you can substitute a large
can and a half of whole tomatoes if you can't find any good fresh ones) 2. Then chop up and add: A small fistful of fresh cilantro 3. Mix all ingredients and season with: The juice of half a lime 4. Cover the salsa and chill in the fridge while you prepare: 2 salmon steaks 5. To bake salmon: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon steaks skin-side-down in a shallow pan.
