Rosemary Pork in a Dough Blanket

Are you a fan of "the other white meat?" Then you'll delight in this simply prepared yet delectable meal. A tender, succulent pork roast, lovingly wrapped up in a soft bread dough blanket and infused with aromatic herbs.

1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

2. Rub with salt and pepper:

One pork roast

3. Cut slits into the roast and fill the pockets with:

3 cloves of garlic, chopped
Several sprigs of Rosemary, chopped

4. Unroll and wrap the roast with:

1 can of store-bought bread dough

5. Bake in a 325-degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until roast is no longer pink in the middle.
