Tsk, tsk. What would grandma say? Ingredients: 1 lb. 85% lean ground beef Break up bread and put it in a mixing bowl with a small amount of milk or water. Add ground beef, egg, pressed garlic, grated cheese, pepper and parsley. With clean hands, mix well and then form meatballs. Baking: If you intend to bake the meatballs, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and place the meatballs on a shallow baking pan. Bake for about 25 minutes, turning once during baking. Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce you are preparing and allow them to cook in the sauce for about 10 minutes. Frying: If you prefer to fry the meatballs, use a shallow frying pan. Turn the
meatballs in flour and then place on a flat plate. Heat about 1 inches
of canola oil to 350 degrees. Fry meatballs, turning frequently. Drain
on paper towels and then add to sauce.
