habanero shrimp recipeHoppin' Hot Habanero Shrimp

  • 1 lb. tail-on shrimp (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tsp. Fusion Habanero salt

  • Juice of 1/2 of a fresh lime

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

 

 

Instructions:

1. Peel and de-vein shrimp (if frozen, be sure to thaw completely).

2. Sprinkle Habanero Fusion salt over shrimp to taste – use more if you like heat! Let sit 15 minutes.

3. Squeeze juice of half a lime over shrimp. Immediately after, drizzle olive oil over shrimp to lightly coat.

4. Grill until cooked through (shrimp will be pink and opaque).
