This website began as a pet project, where I planned to collect recipes from various people I knew. As it grew, I realized that there was a little pocket change to be made from putting so much time and effort into the design and content management. Hence, I signed up to be an Amazon.com and Cooking.com affiliate, as well as added some Google Ads to the empty spaces.

The products on our shopping pages have been hand selected by me -- things that I thought might make a fun gift for a fellow foodie. I also included a booklist from Amazon from some of my favorite cooks and authors. The year my son was born, I watched a lot of Cooking Channel shows while nursing him, so I got to know and appreciate these entrepreneurial folks.
