Dina's Corn Muffins

I couldn't find a good corn muffin recipe that was a little but not too sweet and also contained whole wheat flour. So I did some research and then adjusted the basic ingredients to my liking. Here's the result:

Ingredients:

11/2 cups yellow cornmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 cup milk
1/2 cup salad oil

To make:

Whisk together dry ingredients. Measure out liquid ingredients and combine with beaten egg. Stir both together. Batter should be somewhat thicker than pancakes. You may need to add an extra splash or two of milk. Pour into greased muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
