Christmas Candy

Ingredients:

3 3/4 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups corn syrup

1 cup water

confectioner's sugar

red or green food coloring

cinnamon or wintergreen flavoring

Instructions:

Blend mixture of sugar and syrup and water. Cook until hard crack stage. Remove from heat and add flavoring and coloring.

Pour out on confectioner's sugared foil - spread out and let set until hard. Crack into medium pieces. After it's finished, it looks like stained glass.
