Chocolate Fudge

2 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup (1/2 LB.) butter or margarine

1/5 small can (3/4 cup) evaporated milk

3/4 jar marshmallow fluff (approx.)

1 large (12oz.) package semisweet chocolate pieces

Instructions:

Combine first four ingredients. Stir over low heat until boiled.

Bring marshmallow to a boil over moderate heat, being careful not to mistake air bubbles for boiling. These boil slowly, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate and vanilla until chocolate is melted. Then turn into a buttered 9x9 inch pan.
