I thought it came out really well, considering the whole thing was basically thrown together using whatever was available. I actually took the corn off the cob, which is a little more involved than opening a can, but again it was all I had. I'm sorry to say that I really don't measure when I cook, so I can't tell you the ratio of sugar to vinegar to oil. All I know is, you're done when it tastes good. I was surprised to see a really similar recipe featured by the Neelys. I guess if they're making it on TV, I must be doing something right! Ingredients:
Mix all ingredients together. Chill in refrigerator before serving. Serves: 3
