You might try an assortment of deli meats, marinated vegetables, salads and fresh fruits, all of which are to be artfully arranged. Here is my version - I like to set mine on a large, festive platter. Ingredients:romaine lettuce large tomato, sliced salami, thinly sliced soprasata, thinly sliced smoked mozzarella, sliced red roasted pepper, cut into strips marinated mushrooms black or green olives Instructions:Each person is served a "stack" that includes one crisp romaine lettuce leaf, followed by the remaining listed ingredients. Spinkle fresh thyme and pour a bit of olive oil over the top of each stack for a festive presentation. Enjoy!
